Assistance with Personal Care and Household Tasks

We will provide you an assistance with daily personal care such as personal hygiene activities, or supervision of personal daily tasks, which support a participant to live as independently as possible at home, and in the community. Tasks include:

Mobility Support – hoist transfers, getting in and out of bed
